#my therapist very sternly told me I need to work on setting a major boundary this weekend and I’m scared 🧘♀️#I have felt ill ever since and I haven’t even spoken to the person I have to set the boundary with <3#(it’s my roommate which makes everything significantly worse for a multitude of reasons)
